Timothy Stull

Timothy Stull has 30 years of experience working within the distressed credit markets. He has extensive knowledge of non-bank mortgage service industry, foreclosure processes & investor relations within non-prime debt.

Tim has extensive background on both sides of the debt game. While attending college, he worked for two large mortgage banks in collection side of mortgage servicing. Post college, Tim worked for two major collection law firms in Chicago’s financial district. In 2001, Tim left the collection industry, to work on high end debt resolution issues for independent clients. The current primary focus of the firm is recovering funds for clients post foreclosure. There is a heavy focus on identifying accounting distortion and escrow padding.

Tim grew up in Cedarburg, WI (Milwaukee suburbs). He studied at UW Milwaukee, and currently resides on the near North Side of Chicago, as well as keeping a residence in downtown Milwaukee. He has been married for 20 years (Jennifer), has an 11 year old son (Mac) and 80 lb Golden Doodle (Millie). He enjoys coaching sports and is an avid long distance runner. He has successfully completed the 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2019 Chicago Marathons, and is currently training for the 2022 Chicago Marathon. He is also an avid Milwaukee Brewers, Milwaukee Bucks and Green Bay Packers fan.
